Your birds either love them or hate them. Whether they are the first thing out of the food bowl and onto the floor or your birds favourite titbit here are a few interesting facts about red peppers.
Red Peppers are low in Sodium, and very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. Red Peppers are also  a good source of Dietary Fibre, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6,
Potassium and Manganese.
The only downside is a large portion of the calories in Red Peppers come from sugars.
