Cut Kelp
Cut Kelp is very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source
of Dietary Fibre, Vitamin C, Pantothenic Acid, Zinc and Copper, and a very good
source of Vitamin K, Riboflavin, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Manganese.
Kelp has almost taken on a mystical quality about how good it is for providing
trace elements, minerals and nutrients. Kelp does however have quite a high
sodium level which many birds are not used too, so little and often is best.
