hi, I just had to email you and say how extremely happy with jungle gold extract
we are. we've only been breeding and handrearing parrots for 2 years, but we
have been lucky enough to have reared several babies over the past year,
however, we have noticed a tremendous difference in the plumage of the young as
well as the parents. they are in perfect feather and I'm sure that this product
has been a contributing factor. thankyou so much.

After hassling Mike about what to feed, when etc, finally got round to ordering
stuff from him on Tuesday.
It arrived today and Alfie had a fabulous time helping me open it all up. As we
opened the stuff and I had a sniff, there's Alfie, head straight in there.
Altogether I ordered:
Parrot Premium Ideal
Palm fruit extract
Orlux Egg food
Soft shelled Almonds
Psittamix
Ultima parrot food
Opened the Palm fruit extract and Alfie had his beak straight in and is now
smearing it on the bars in his cage and licking it off!
He loves the Parrot premium ideal as well. He hasn't barely touched his seed
since I had him, but is going crazy over this!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mike. All the stuff looks much better than
the pet shop stuff, might have some myself later with a dash of cold milk!
Thanks again and everyone else, if you haven't tried it yet, please do cause it
is fab (also cheaper in the long run)!

Hi Mike and all,
Just got my supply of Palm extract (among other things) a few days ago. Did not
have any whole wheat bread on hand so cut a bit of birdy bread in half and
spread some of the extract on. Monty turned his beak up at it. Did not seem to
like the feel of it on his beak. I thought, oh great, got the only parrot in the
world that won't eat Palm extract. BUT, within a very short time that same night
he was wolfing it down. He loved it. Normally he would eat a portion of the
birdie bread but now that the palm extract is on he eats every last crumb.
Mike, you do not mention an improvement in appetite with palm extract in your
information but I have noticed that Monty seems to be eating more, he completely
polished off his fresh fruit and veg today for the first time. AND I don't mind
giving a plug here for the Premium Parrot Ideal. Monty just loves it! Again he
eats almost all of it which is more than I can say for the previous seed mix I
bought and it is so clean.
For those of you who have not yet tried the palm extract, it is gold in a jar
for your parrot. Easy to feed, easy to keep and such a reasonable price. Many

Just wanted to say thanks as well, Jordie loves it.
I mix it in with what I do for his breakfast.
He has shredded wheat crushed with almonds and hot water with some of that fruit
extract in. He has it off a spoon and he's like a big baby when he its eat and
he always says 'hankyou' bless!! x

Oscars dad here have had my 7 greys and b&g on the jar of piccalilli for a bout
3 weeks now i can not believe the the sheen and condition of the plumage ill be
checking out the web site for a couple more jars
p.s its concentrated palm nuts but looks like piccalilli whether I melt it and
pour over food or spread on toast they love it

We have had Joe for 5 weeks now, and for the first 4 weeks we
have had a problem, First thing in the morning and last thing at night he wanted
to be hand fed. and he made sure we knew it!
The other irritating thing was, at night his seed bowl was full of seed hulls
but nothing else had been touched.
After seeing something mentioned about junglegold we found his website and gave
him a ring, Mike patiently explained to me about different seed mixes and knew
instantly what I was feeding him (yes, pet shop seed) and said take a bag of
"ideal" and if he doesn't like it send it back and I'll refund your money.
Well it arrived Monday morning and I replaced the old seed with the new, and put
a dish of the old next to the main feeders.
The first thing I noticed was his head seemed to be in the new stuff every time
I looked at him, and the second thing was, he was sat on Carolyn's arm, half an
hour before going to bed, head fluffed up, looking very happy. And that's the
way it's been since!
I am no parrot or seed expert, and I am still learning! but thanks to genuine
people like Mike who really know what they're talking about, it makes the whole
process a damn sight easier.
Oh! and I've just looked at his old seed and he's not touched it since Monday!

Just to say thank you for the excellent products
and helpful advice you gave me.
I had taken in Jake, a 7 month old African Grey
who had plucked every feather he could reach! Within a few days of coming to
us he had stopped plucking but over the next few months as his feathers grew,
only fluffy feathers appeared and he could not grow back his flight feathers
which had been badly clipped.
This situation stayed the same for months until I
started feeding him Premium Parrot Banquet after recommendation from my
brother in law. Within 4 weeks his proper feathers were coming through and he
looked so much better.
I rang you to see if any supplements could help in
view of how much difference the seed had made. You suggested Psittamix and
Parrot Palm Fruit Extract. I started using these approx 2 months ago and now
he looks great. Almost all his feathers have grown and he can now fly instead
of crashing to the ground each time the dog barks too loud and startles him!
I also have another Grey and a Cockatoo, they too
get the same food and they absolutely love the Parrot Palm spread on toast
every morning. It really is excellent stuff and I wanted to say thanks for the
excellent service and for being so helpful.
